Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Analyst plays a critical role in providing operational support for a fast-paced, best-in-class Talent Acquisition organization. This role’s primary purpose is to support the Talent Acquisition’s team efforts in quickly getting top candidates through the interviewing process, while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process. As an enablement role, additional responsibilities will include side projects that help optimize the overall efficiency of the team, streamline processes, and assist in providing resources necessary for the TA team to be successful. This role requires strong team collaboration, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time, while maintaining a high level of attention-to-detail and strong sense of urgency.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner, with an extreme sense of urgency, strong customer focus, and high attention-to-detail

-Manage logistics (including candidate travel arrangements) necessary to support interview process

-Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for various talent acquisition process and operational questions; conduct research and provide guidance based on research, whenever necessary

  • Assist Recruiters with getting job descriptions edited and posted on various job sites

  • Assist with creating and distributing important team documents (i.e., spreadsheets, job aids, etc.)

  • Manage the team SharePoint site, including document version control and user access

  • Provide career fair preparation support – registration for events, ordering giveaway items, etc.

  • Monitor employee referral inbox and respond accordingly to questions from team members across the organization in a timely manner

  • Recognize areas of opportunity to improve candidate experience and/or increase interview process efficiency

  • Provide support to help the TA team adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Additional side projects that help to ensure that the Talent Acquisition organization runs as smoothly and operationally efficient as possible

As a managed security provider, SecureWorks expects its employees to understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53. Employees will be expected to acknowledge their security responsibilities in writing prior to gaining access to company systems. Employees will be required to maintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field, with a strong interest in learning and growing in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Must be tech-savvy and capable of picking up new technologies and software applications quickly

  • Strong attention-to-detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and desire to collaborate with a team

  • A demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take initiative

Preferences

  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e., Pivot tables, V look-ups)

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/support, customer service, or recruiting/human resources capacity
