Job Description:

We are seeking a project manager who demonstrates excellent project management skills, an ability to lead projects and complete them on time. The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and provide leadership in helping the team to define and achieve the goals and objectives for defined programs and projects. The successful candidate will work side-by-side with the other staff of the Robotic Automation Center to ensure that the business units are getting exceptional robotic process automation (RPA) support. This person is expected to aggressively drive the opportunity timelines so the expected business outcomes can be realized in the shortest possible timelines.

Role Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages multiple programs, projects and initiatives

  • Drives the creation of cross-functional teams; then facilitating, coordinating and leading these teams to achieve the goals of the program/project

  • Organize and facilitate project planning, seeking buy-in from key stakeholders on program goals and objectives

  • Establish regular cadence and status, updating and communicating program plans, tasks, milestones areas of risk, risk mitigation plans, etc. on a consistent basis. This includes establishing and updating each program’s stakeholders as well as providing transparency in communications with program constituents

  • Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions. Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution in an amicable manner

  • Work with the Robotic Automation Center leadership team to ensure RPA adoption goals and business outcomes are being met

  • Ability to lead mid to large-size project teams

Critical Hiring Criteria:

Requirements

  • Bachelors, MBA Preferred

  • 6+ Years relevant experience

  • Program / Project Management skills; PMP certification is a plus

  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup from project inception through completion

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to persuade and influence a diverse groups of stakeholders

  • Excellent planning, time management, prioritization and organizational skills

  • High attention-to-detail and ability to see the big picture

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
