RSA Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales and technical pre-sales support to customers

  • Deliver live product demonstrations and white board presentations to customers

  • Educate on technical capabilities/features of the platform

  • Support local channel partners Provide support to trade shows and exhibitions within the region.

RSA Requirements:

Education Required: Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Experience Required:

Associate SE: 2+ years IT experience, for example: Help Desk or Network Administrator

SE: 3+ Years as an SE

Senior SE: 5+ Years as an SE

  • Cyber Security / Network Security experience highly desirable

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and rack appliances for testing and POCs

Business Travel Required: YES – up to 50%
