Role Summary

Responsible for coordinating a variety of human resources programs and processes including recruiting, HR systems, employee relations, compensation, benefits and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages interview coordination in a timely and effective manner

  • Administers the preparation of offer letters, background checks and new hire documents

  • Manages, implements and consistently improves the new employee onboarding (welcome) process; coordinates with hiring managers and other departments (e.g., IT) to ensure new employees have a great first week experience

  • Communicates and assists in various program enrollment processes, ensuring employees understand the programs

  • Interfaces with insurance companies, vendors and service organizations as required

  • May assist in processing of billing with outside vendors and employee claim resolution

  • Produces regular and ad hoc reports as needed

  • Assists in employee communication regarding functional employee programs and processes

  • Responds to employee questions regarding HR programs and administrative procedures

  • Updates relevant employee database(s)/HRIS to ensure correct program and employee data is entered

  • Ensures compliance with administrative/delivery requirements of the company, and local country regulations

  • Administers some or all aspects of various employee benefits, compensation, training, employment or other functional programs and employee services as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in coordinating recruitment and/or HR processes

  • Strong and proactive communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail

  • Self directed learner with a strong ability to get things done independently

  • Computer savvy with proven experience in learning new HR systems

  • Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Korean is preferred
