Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Sales Planning & Strategy
As a team member of APJ Channel SPO, plays a key role in APJ Channel data management and operational process optimization.
Owns Channel account data quality of the assigned country(s) or geography; conducts regular data audit of account attributes, assignment and hierarchy changes, and collaborates with cross functional team for data quality improvement.
Partnership with project managers and cross functional teams in project execution and process improvement.
Fully understands Channel business and operational processes, and able to translate knowledge to execution.
Attention to details; ability to identify issues / process gaps; actively participates development of solutions and action plans for business issue resolution.
Stays up to date with policies and changes that impact Channel Programs, reporting, partner incentives and sales compensation; and assists in improving Channel reporting accuracy.
Facilitates communication of key policies and initiatives to Channel Sales teams and internal supporting functions.
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Finance or a related professional qualification.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Business Analyst or Ops related job role, preferably in an MNC and from the IT industry.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced PC skills using Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent in both English speaking and writing.
Second foreign language in either Korean or Japanese, fluent in speaking and writing, is a must.
