GCP Program Manager Consultant

We are currently looking for a GCP Program Manager Consultant , to join our team. You will be part of the Global Sales Operations Organization responsible for supporting Dell customers that leverage the Dell Global Customer Program. If you have Project or Program management experience and you are a self-driven individual, looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge to support our customers; while expanding your global network and your understanding of Dell international capabilities, then the GCP organization is the place for you.


  • Responsible for aligning projects to business goals, managing stakeholders, communicating project status/milestones, and solving unexpected difficulties or roadblocks for assigned projects.

  • Assure all necessary activities are completed as scheduled to support the program such as, administrative processes, order placement process design, order status/tracking process design, custom process specification, product constraints identification, and logistics/delivery issues communications.

  • Address and coordinate specific program requirements by leveraging a network of Dell experts from around the globe.

  • Responsible for identifying systematic issues and implementing corrective actions that will benefit the whole organization.

Global Quality Management

"LIN Priority"

  • 10 years of relevant work experience as a Program or Project Manager

  • One of the following: PMP Certification, Six Sigma Certification (Business Excellence) or a Graduate Degree aligned to role (International Mgmt, Project Mgmt, MBA, etc) is highly preferred

  • Strong Business Operations Experience and Global level support with projects

  • Excellent organization skills, priority setting, planning and execution skills

  • Demonstrated ability to network and build business relationships

  • Working knowledge of Project Management language and methodologies

  • Advanced Excel ie pivot tables, etc


  • Knowledge of Competitive Landscape

  • Industry knowledge

  • Understanding of end to end technology solutions

  • Operational capability to execute and resolve E2E issues.

  • Customer exec and sales exec relationship creation and management including stakeholder management, communications, and problem solving skills

  • Cross Dell EMC knowledge/agility

  • PMP certification
