Key Responsibilities

Dell is looking for a penultimate year student to join our Talent Acquisition team as a TA assistant to support the team in the UK and EMEA with all administrative tasks. You will:

  • Create and distribute a fortnightly newsletter for all employees in the UK.

  • Aid managers in the creation of new job requirements.

  • Aid in any admin duties to support the recruitment team.

  • Assist in the creation of recruitment related reports to present to the Business.

  • Manage the process of creating legal documents for new hires, internal transfers and updating relevant files for audit purposes.

  • Be the UK TA’s POC concerning purchase orders, ensuring our vendors are paid at the correct timeframe and to deal with any issues or inquiries.

  • Manage and post job roles using UK Job Boards and finding ways to increase the number of applications.

Essential Requirements

  • Penultimate year HR or business related student.

  • Ability to cope under pressure.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision and on one’s own initiative.

  • Good communication skills - able to liaise and work well with multiple team members and follow instructions.

  • Time management - candidate should be able to manage their time well and adhere to stringent deadlines.

  • Advanced experience in using Excel - Pivot tables and reporting

  • Ability to interact with people from a variety of different seniority, cultures and business disciplines.

Desirable Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
