Key Responsibilities

· Technical enablement & development of Distribution/Partner pre-sales in assigned market.

· Develops & maintains relationships with partner pre-sales, sales and marketing account teams

· Build out and execute on Technical Business Plan for assigned Distributor

· Provides support for Distribution led inititives to enable & develop the technical resources of the tiered partners

· Educate and mentor Disti/Partner SEs on how to properly identify, qualify and build out appropriate solution sets

· Identify new product lines and solutions that would be suitable for Distribution/Partners to sell, and assist in competitive positioning

· Educate and mentor Disti/Partner SE’s and encourage adoption of DELLEMC tools and procedures

Essential Requirements

· Demonstrated consensus building skills, innovative, independent self-starter.

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills

· Proven relationship building skills and sales acumen

· Consultative selling skills and proven customer/partner management experience

· Excellent verbal and written skills, cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor degree in Information Technology (desired) or equivalent job experience

· Ability to Travel 30 – 40% (Occasional travel outside of EMEA)

· French and English : fluent mandatory

· Develops & maintains relationships with partner pre-sales, sales and marketing account teams

· Build out and execute on Technical Business Plan for assigned Distributor
