for a OEM Senior Financial Advisor to
join our team in Dublin, Cherrywood and
play a key role in the evolution of Dell and OEM business in EMEA.
Global OEM Solutions is one of our fastest growing sales segments at Dell EMC. The OEM dedicated Sales team sells Dell and EMC products and services to companies who use our products as components of solutions that they, in-turn, market and sell. Often we sell regular products for these customers internal use through our direct sales teams, and maintain a separate relationship as a supplier to their solutions through our OEM group. OEM customers are dependent on Dell execution and fulfillment to deliver commitments to their customers. Ease of doing business, predictability, and timely execution are critical to success in this market.
Key financial & businesspartner for both Inside and Outside Regional Sales Directors, Ops team andMarketing team. Partner with Regional sales leaders and his direct reports inmanaging the business: develop budgets driving profitable growth of thebusiness and formulating strategies.
Exert controllership:function as sale’s focal point for escalations within the finance organization;assume approver role in processes as required and ensure that policies andapproval matrices are being followed
Provide input and approval on compexceptions and escalations’ HC planning and ROI, daily/weekly performancereview. Review and approve large CoD (cost of disat.) requests, specialpricing, parts procurement, exception approvals, Partner rebate and inventorymanagement. Work with legal/contracts team in reviewing & approving financerelated terms and conditions
Lead process improvementinitiatives: develop processes, tools and controls to support businessrequirements and drive business performance; work with Sales Ops on OEMaffinity structural governance review and approval, rule of engagementexception case review and approval
Other responsibilitiesinclude training for sales, quarterly revenue recognition, MRL (mgmtrepresentation letter) and sales opex planning & management
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics orequivalent, with 5+ years relevant experience in finance or a related field(CPA or MBA a plus).
Understanding of complex sales motions; Knowledge ofthe OEM business and market trends pertaining to such. Strong background anddeep knowledge in related disciplines (Finance, Sales Operations, Sales)including delivery on business & financial goals and strategy and manage astrong risk management and control environment
Towering strength in business acumen & financialacumen
Good executive presence and presentation skills, withability to influence at all levels, Strong people skills, influencing &leadership skills.
Excellent PC skills including Excel and PowerPointrequired and familiarity with D3/EBI/BMS/Tableau a plus.
