Scope of Role and skills overview
Looking to add an enthusiastic Program Manager to run programs for the GSD TAM services organization. The scope of this role includes but is not limited to operationalizing new TAM service offers and successfully bringing new TAM services to market, driving business improvements to increase productivity and organizational scaling and improving customer experience by enabling the TAMs to have the right customer engagement (tools, processes and delivery framework). This role requires a strong understanding of processes, ability to identify gaps and propose and implement new processes. Ability to perform cost benefit analysis, prioritize and implement the right solutions. Requires collaboration with internal partners as well as cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Analytical skills with ability to analyze data and draw inferences. Sound business and financial acumen. Project management skills to systematically drive global initiatives with proper planning, phase exits, risk management and executive updates. Relevant technical skills to run programs in an IT services environment. PMP and ITIL certification is a plus.
Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.

Undergraduate degree and 8+ years, or Graduate degree and 6+ years of experience in Finance
Ability to lead large project teams.
Ability to communicate clearly and present at the senior leadership levels.
Experienced in resource management.
Experienced in solution design .
Experienced in being a change agent
