Great opportunity in the CSG BU (Client Solutions Group Business Unit) team. The Brazil Marketing BU Planner will work closely with Core Sales, Finance, Product Management, Pricing and Marketing leaders to develop Client Solutions strategy in Brazil’s Commercial and Enterprise segments. This professional evaluates local market opportunities and risks, setting operational targets tied to corporate financial & strategic objectives, and drives BU execution across functions in region. Retains BU local marketing expertise sitting in Brazil and working across CSG organization (Sales and CoC).

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment working across teams to lead results, driving marketing plans and activities, and have significant knowledge of CSG hardware products, software and services. The person who is a fit for this role must be highly motivated and self-driven, will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapts easily to organizational changes, and welcomes constant challenges & strong requirements.

The Team

The CSG Marketing team is a part of the CSG CoC organization for Latin America. We work collaboratively with our stakeholders (Core and CSG Sales), suppliers and peers to ensure we are providing the optimal level of portfolio selection, business development, marketing and training activities that drive sales to achieve the region’s combined revenue, unit, margin and Opex goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building the CSG CSES (Commercial & Enterprise segments) vision and strategy for Brazil.

  • Leads, organizes and implements the CSES Cycle Planning.

  • Builds CSES GTM and RTM strategy to meet financial goals.

  • Provide BU operational plan for Brazil to CSES central planning with tactical feedback in quarter

  • Works as a liaison among Sales, Finance, PLM, Demand Planning, D&S, Merchandising, Marketing and Planning to generate good business plans and recovery plans.

  • Utilizes competitive analysis and market research to predict industry trends and develop strong CSES Plans to allow Dell to win in the market arena.

  • Monitors products/channel performance, identifies potential challenges, and drives implementation of corrective actions.

  • Translate local opportunities into functional targets and goals to achieve the financial plan guidelines.

  • Influences the top and bottom line and optimizes all aspects of the portfolio P&L.

  • Applies deep understanding of customers’ needs, the product and the competitive landscape.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives.

  • Organize & lead BU recovery or response to market condition changes across functions

  • Fully bilingual English and Portuguese, Spanish a plus
