Job Description:

This position is responsible for the Sales Operations support, planning and analysis for the Commercial Datacenter division. The person in this role will work with sales leadership, operations, finance, HR, recruiting and other organizations to ensure the needs and goals of the business are met.

Role Responsibilities

  • Works cross-functionally and engages with key stakeholders in Business Operations, including the Sales, Strategy, and Planning (SSP) Director, Sales Operations Manager, Business Operations Specialist (BOS) to run the business and resolve issues.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to sales & leadership in your respective divisions to support and drive decision making.

  • Work with sales management to accurately forecast the business on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis. This includes the use of a variety of metrics, reviewing and understanding deals that will materially impact the forecast, and effectively managing risk to ensure expectations are met.

  • Assist with the quota deployment process at an area & individual contributor level. Continuously measure performance against quotas throughout the year.

  • Review territory alignment and account changes in relation to goal deployment and Dell alignment

  • Provide backup coverage for business manager as needed.
