Job Description:


This role will be the Global Process Owner of the Global Business Services (GBS) portfolio, with specific responsibility and focus within the Business Transformation Office of GBS focused on ownership on the end-to-end process including knowledge management, current state optimization and future state automation potential, and to liaise between Delivery and the BTO. Manage all service documents in partnership with Learning and Development (L&D) team. Solicit feedback from service and drive continuous improvement projects. Ensure compliance with all policy and programs. Coordinate communication to Service in partnership with L&D team. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. May include the development of projects. May engage and oversee the work of internal teams and/or external vendors. This positions' primary focus is project / program management, rather than the application of expertise in a specialized functional field of knowledge although they may have technical team members.


Insures program deliverables are met timely and efficiently.

Act as process SME and tester in partnership with L&D

Vet suggestions for possible service enhancements

Train and Mentor Delivery team in partnership with L&D

Workflow and reporting management

Organizes and manages cross-functional problem resolution efforts as required.

Monitors programs to ensure business objectives are being met.

Prepares and reviews program status for risks/opportunities. Makes recommendations to senior management to avoid/realize.

Coordinates and manages cross functional resources to achieve program plan objectives.

Develops program plans which include program and/or service requirements and schedules for each program.

Perform other duties as required or directed.
