Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for improvement to service, efficiency and quality of work.

  • Responsibility to coach staff in the use of policies and procedures.

  • Support training and development requirements within the team.

  • Act as an appropriate role model with regard to issues around authority, personal conflict and responsibility.

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on business matters.

  • Focuses on improving working relationships with external business partners and their perception of Dell.

  • Understands and deliver customer specific solutions.

Essential Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, ideally including previous team lead experience.

  • Mastery of multiple business disciplines (SBD / NBD / Escalations, etc) and many custom solutions.

  • Basic computer skills and /or advanced understanding of Microsoft Office or other relevant products.

  • Able to use multiple Partner and Dell tools to assess process success and remediation for failures.

  • Capable of running predefined operational reports.

  • Advanced customer service skills.
