Pivotal’s Americas Platform Architecture team is a primary driver of field activities at Pivotal. The Platform Architecture organization is a pre-sales organization that partners closely with many internal and external stakeholders to drive value for our customers. Within this organization, we have a number of business management and operational needs in order for the leadership team to have visibility into the health of the company. We like to look at the business objectively to proactively identify risks and future problems before they occur. Your day will consist of a variety of different activities that are centered around maintaining operational consistency, driving efficiencies and supporting the leadership team within the Americas Platform Architecture business.These activities would consist of the following:
Program Management of Key Initiatives
This role will ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings are happening, action items completed and key results tracked.
Management of the Quarterly Business Reviews
This role will manage the coordination of these strategic meetings. Coordination would include pulling data/insights from data to be discussed during the meeting, creating templates, tracking actions and owners.
Tracking Consumption and Management of Consumption Review Meetings (CRM)
Consumption of PCF is critical to the future success of Pivotal. This role would be responsible for understanding the Account Dashboard (system where consumption is tracked) and analyzing that data by region on a quarterly basis. They will also ensure CRM meetings are happening and create templates for the review process.
This role will partner with the executive admin of the VP of Platform Architecture to manage critical meetings and ensure that they are happening. They will help admins make calls on what is a top priority and what might be able to be deprioritized or moved.
Management of Ad Hoc projects
This could include creating meeting collateral, pulling reports and analyzing data, etc.
Required Skills / Experiences
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects
Strong communication skills (verbal and written); skilled in translating ideas into clear, high-impact written communications and presentations
Proven project management skills
Someone who sees themselves as a motivated self-starter
Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues and results
Desired Skills / Experiences
Understanding of how the field operates and direct experience managing the customer experience and engaging with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Strong business acumen and mental agility to ramp quickly across our diverse business and offerings.
