Dell Advisor, Sales Operations in Ogden, Utah

Job Description:

Utilizing a variety of well-developed management, organizational and project management skills, incumbent is responsible for managing the sales process team for a specific area/geography. Uses sound judgment, in the application of general business principles and demonstrates initiative in carrying out assigned duties. Able to motivate team to achieve short-term and long-term goals. Achieves a high degree of familiarity with and in-depth knowledge of field/headquarters policies and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

-Manage, train, mentor and develop Area Sales Processing team, including District Coordinators, Sales Administrators and Receptionists.

-Recruit, interview and hire sales processing staff. Complete job performance reviews and development plans.

-Evaluate and manage disciplinary action in collaboration with Sr. Sales Processing Management and HR Operations.

-Consolidate, reconcile and analyze weekly and monthly sales forecast, booking and revenue reports for Area Sales Manager. Validate the accuracy of information.

-Assist Business Operations Specialists in processing, reviewing and monitoring all sales order activities.

-Work with corporate Sales Operations team to ensure issues are known and help expedite resolution.
