The Global Compute and Networking organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an individual contributor role on the North America Inside Sales team. The Inside Product Specialist will be responsible for providing GCN sales support to assigned accounts in the Commercial or Enterprise segments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive Key Performance Indicator, robust Management of forecast & pipeline for all ISG line of businesses for assigned accounts

  • Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail); or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity

  • Provides technical advice to the inside sales teams during the sales process, intelligently leverage inside and outside resources to provide optimal coverage and competitive advantage to drive incremental opportunities and acquire new customers

  • Proactively manage high profile accounts via product road map discussions, quarterly calls & account reviews focused on business priorities, strategies & initiatives and occasionally attend executive briefing centers briefings with visiting customers

  • Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team

  • Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings


  • 8 years of sales, and technical experience

  • Must have both the necessary technical knowledge and the real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned position and sale

  • Experience selling in a professional environment


  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience
