Sales Ops Consultant

Role Description:

Sales Operations Analyst/Consultant that can engage Sales and other functional groups on sales impacting projects. Role would be a subject matter expert on all sales impacting policy, process and systems across Lead to Cash processes. Role would act as “Voice of Sales” as input into these initiatives and to “Voice of Initiative” back to sales when changes are required.

  • Current Initiatives:

  • Virtustream Business Transformation- Market to Quote & Order to Cash

  • Improve Lead Flow

  • Gate1 to Order Automation

  • Contract Management Process ion

  • Online CPT Cutover

  • 90-100% Order Process

  • Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Define and Maintain Lead to Cash Process Framework and provide input to Sales Playbook

  • Manage Regular “Voice of the Field” meetings with Sales Stakeholders

  • Participate as SME in ongoing initiatives by bringing Sales Requirements into projects

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and Deployment activities as needed

  • Drive Sales impacting Business Change initiatives required by projects
