Support Dell inside sales teams in selling Dell's deployment services, and solutions to specified customer segments (Primary via telephone,web, or e-mail). Represents, communicates, develops and excutes on specific deployments service sales strategies. "• Directs the efforts of sales teams in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the deployment service selling. • Manages top sales who contribute to deployments service, motivates and drives more ISR/TSR to buy in or exceed performance objectives through effective support of frontline sales . • Frequently interacts with internal sales, customers, and/or functional peer group leaders, normally involving matters between function areas. • Coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including revenue , margin .etc. • Influences and participates in the big deals at team/individual level. • Coordinates (where appropriate) operations and manages the relationship between inside and deployment service. • Suggests direction, development and inspiration the inside sales in deployment service selling. • Understands the ESG selling strategy in which the inside teams operates, including business/industry, our competitors and use the knowledge to plan for the future. • Drives superior customer experience by delivering technology solutions and tailored to customer needs while ensuring the removal of the barriers and driving strategic alignment in the group."
