Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide strategic direction and drive growth for the Consumer & Small Business (CSB) Services Marketing organisation in Australia. You will be responsible for driving the functional and business goals for the CSB Services business and work cross functionally with local and global teams to drive success. * Manages the entire service life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities * Deep knowledge of markets and service offering, back end operations and routes to market * Applies broad knowledge of Dell EMC’s service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging trends. * Specifies market/business requirements for current and future offering by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers * Assist in driving a solution set across cross functional teams through market requirements and positioning * Assist in developing and implementing go-to-market plans and works with all organizations to execute to meet short term goal and full potential * Integrates and aligns with other functions across the organization, APJ regions and global functions * Selects develops & evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the group * Develops and establishes operational policies, processes and programs. * Addresses problems across functional areas of the business. * Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives. * Manages outside vendor relationships

Essential Requirements * 8 years experience in Product Marketing, preferable Services * Strong Leadership Skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong strategic planning abilities * Ability to manage in a matrix environment * Understanding of products and their value added to the customer * Possesses operational command of the business * Cross-Functional capabilities
