Operations Analyst – Dell EMC Customer Solutions Center (CSC)

The Dell EMC Customer Solutions Center (CSC) is the part of global CSC team and Operation Analyst will be responsible for managing the engagement requests coming from the Dell EMC field in relation to one or more of our Horizontal or Public/Large Enterprise/SMB vertical solutions and initiatives related to the Dell EMC Solution Portfolio.

The objective of the Operation Analyst to be the primary point of contact for all Dell EMC Customer Solution Center (CSC)s customer opportunities. The Operation function qualifies, assigns, and supports service opportunities for Dell EMC customers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

・ Primary point of contact for all new The Dell EMC Customer Solution Center (CSC) opportunities throughout all lines of Business Units.

・ Works with Account teams, to qualify and score incoming opportunities, customer commitment, win probability and required timeframes.

・ Provide guidance to account teams in regards to Dells current capabilities.

・ Assigns opportunities to appropriate resources including Solution Architects (SA’s).

・ Coordinates with SA Managers to identify the appropriate SA’s for opportunity assignment, considering skill set of available SA's and workload balancing considerations.

・ Manages Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) commitments and serves as primary escalation contact.

・ Ongoing interacts with all levels of management.

・ Works with CSC team and venders to leverage knowledge and implement best practices across the organization.

・ Ensure SFDC Queue SLA's are met or exceeded as set by the management.

・ Should be able to handle complex process mechanism, isolate problem areas and focus to resolve, cross-functional interaction among other teams to build an effective network.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


・全てのビジネスユニットとセールスセグメントとの、Dell EMCカスタマーソリューションセンター(CSC)のコンタクトポイント。








・Language; Japanese business level, English business level

・Experience of Salesforce CRM is better

・Basic level of IT knowledge’s

・PC and Office software experience


・言語; 日本語 ビジネスレベル、英語 ビジネスレベル

・Salesforce CRMの経験があると良い
