The Partner Success Organization is a strategic function which focuses on the retention and increased adoption of all Dell Boomi partners and their customers. The responsibility of the successful candidate is to earn the role of a technical trusted advisor with assigned partners, where the candidate will gain an in-depth understanding of the partner plans, scope and approach of their adoption. The candidate will also be expected to understand and articulate their requirements (enhancements, fixes) to accelerate and remove barriers with the partner and their customers. In addition to earning the role of a technical trusted advisor, the candidate should be able to articulate the overall risks (technical, commercial) and opportunities for expansion associated with their adoption of the Dell Boomi product portfolio with internal stakeholders (partner and product teams.)
We currently have an opening on our Partner Success team for an experienced Technical Account Manager to provide comprehensive technical guidance regarding integration and workflow implementation using the Boomi AtomSphere, MDM, and Automated Workflow platforms.
Execute Strategic Technical Partner Success program for Dell Boomi ISV/OEM partners
Accelerate embedding Boomi technology in select strategic partner accounts – protect and expand customer base, seek out new use cases, maximize end customer satisfaction and adoption
Define and Deliver tailored enablement targeted at partner professional services, customer support and sales teams, and related third party systems integrators
Act as primary technical evangelist on behalf of Dell Boomi and the Boomi AtomSphere Platform in optimizing adoption and use of its service
Execute partner enablement and means to accelerate partner’s time to value using the Boomi cloud solutions
Define and promote the adoption of best practices of Dell Boomi's products throughout the AtomSphere user community
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent of 10+ years of application integration development and/or design experience; combination of experience & education will suffice
-Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems and SaaS using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP.
Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technology & sys integration design
Strong oral and written communication, customer focused acumen
Strong understanding of XML, SOAP & REST based web services APIs & HTTP communication
Database skills including SQL, data modeling & databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
Boomi AtomSphere or other visual-based integration development/mapping tools
Technical and/or functional experience with using or integrating with common business applications such as: Salesforce (including Apex and VisualForce), NetSuite (including SuiteScripting), Taleo, Workday, QuickBooks, RightNow, Microsoft Dynamics products, Oracle, SAP, etc.
