The Digital Publisher role is responsible to the direct (hands-on) management of content across the dellemc.com websites for Dell EMC Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) business. The web environment is global and runs on industry-leading Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. As part of the existing successful Dell EMC EMEA web operation we publish ca. 300 globally- and ca. 200 locally-initiated content updates across our currently-66 dellemc.com websites (currently in 6 languages in EMEA).
Ongoing publishing and pre-publishing quality assurance (technical) of Globally-initiated content on dellemc.com websites (on Adobe Experience Manager content management system).
Ongoing publishing and pre-publishing quality assurance of Locally-initiated content of dellemc.com websites.
Development of new content occasionally.
Involvement in liaison and communication with multiple stakeholders and business owners across parallel programs.
BSc or similar in Technology, Software Development or other area relevant to the role.
3-5 years of experience in web publishing and development operations.
Experience in web content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, blog platforms such as WordPress).
Good communication skills, including fluent English,
Self-starter, can-do mentality, outcome-orientated
Attention to detail, follow-through with focus on continues learning and improvement
Consultative / agency background a plus (customer focus/service delivery mentality)
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) experience a plus
European language skills a plus
