Identifies synergies across Dell EMC Global Alliance Advisory Partner and Dell Technologies value chains.- Builds understanding of the market, social, and economic trends underlying emerging ecosystems; assesses ?fit? in the context of targeted Global Alliances GSI Next Generation Growth Initiatives, and assists MD(s) in framing approaches to their leverage.- Key Functions | Deliverables:Contributes to the build of GSI Advisory Partner strategic plans. Frames-global entrepreneurial ecosystems (e.g. startups, University-based, and/or business clusters [Industry-aligned, geographic concentrations of interconnected businesses, suppliers, and associated institutions]) which share similar goals and offer the potential to establish and build flexible business and/or developer networks-to foster and accelerate Offer adoption and scale within strategically aligned growth market opportunities.- Assesses entrepreneurial ?fit? in context of GSI Next Generation Growth Initiatives across key success factors ? 1) access to required human, financial and professional resources; and, 2) operating in an environment in which policies encourage and safeguard entrepreneurs.- Distinguishes between framework conditions of successful ecosystems (formal institutions, culture, physical infrastructure, and market demand), and systematic conditions of networks, leadership, finance, talent, knowledge, and support services.Builds business requirements (i.e. business plan,-key performance indicators, project plans) supporting ecosystem investments.Leads build of ecosystem program design, architecture (including process design integrating ecosystem activities into organization?s workflows), and on-going management and governance in concert with Advisory Partner peer(s) under direction of assigned MD(s). Tailors proposed ecosystems around their unique environments; working with Marketing peers, leverages social networking techniques to actively encourage and invite Community participation; ensures integrity of ecosystems? ?free form? (Community, Marketplace Exchange, Other); promotes successes, which in turn attract new ecosystem ventures.Works with Business Analyst peers to ensure informed assessment of risk and returns on targeted ecosystem investments.Supports the development of training material; operates cross-functionally to facilitate program implementation; monitors program success against agreed KPIs; and, provides post-implementation support. ---Required Experiences | Related Skills:Self-starter; ability to work independently and across organizational teams.Proven work experience in the design and build of Innovation and Entrepreneurial strategy.Build of cross-organizational collaborative partnerships.Program Design and Management.Knowledgeable in social networking disciplines, approaches, and tools.Proven capability in group facilitation.Ability to frame logical data models, Use Case scenarios, work instructions, and reports.
