Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and manage the data infrastructure (using MS SqlServer) to support the Global Sales L&E organisation needs.

  • Solid understanding of how to build and optimise data schemas for reporting efficiency in SQLServer

  • Ability to build reporting using SQLServer as the backend and MS Excel, SSRS and potentially other BI tools for visualisation

  • Solid understanding of SSIS and building packages to load and manage data in and out of MS SQLServer

  • Work with global stakeholders to ensure tools meet the business needs and business processes are correctly aligned.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education qualification

  • Strong recent experience of MS SQLServer, MS Excel

  • Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and/or tasks with aggressive deadlines

  • Self motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience of or an understanding of dot.Net development

  • Interest in aligning and upskilling on new technologies esp gamificiation and social media
