As a Business Operations Analyst you may find yourself reporting within various systems (SAP, SFDC, Tableau, EPM etc.) to deliver key analysis to key stakeholders as well as working with complex data sets by building and maintaining dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support initiatives across Field Operations, Sales Compensation, Expense, Business Planning, and Pricing. You may be also organizing project activities and cross-functional meetings, provide support to achieve long and short-range project goals and offer improvement of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and streamlining processes and reporting specifics to key operational initiatives

  • Providing operational and analytical support for the Sales organization

  • Analysis of complex deal structures to optimize pricing and margin

  • Daily reporting and analysis of revenue, bookings, margins, etc.

  • Business planning and quota setting by account and/or market segment

  • Evaluating Partner quotes for overall discount and margin

  • Second European Language is a plus
