Role Overview

Dell is seeking a candidate to join one of the fastest growing segments within Dell. The ideal candidate for Inside Product Specialist will possess previous sales experience, a disposition to grow technically, and the ability to work in a team environment. This position requires proven proactive sales ability in current/previous position as well as previous experience in a commissioned sales environment.

Role Responsabilities:

  • Responsible for selling Dell Products/Services

  • Works effectively in a team environment

  • Increases line of business penetration

  • Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to Dell standards

  • Works with customers in complex business environments to devise new and innovative solutions to business challenges

  • Includes out bounding to drive current penetration inPreferred account segment



  • 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively through email, excellent writing skills, grammar and spelling

  • Solid knowledge of Pipeline management , ability to forecast weekly/monthly sales

  • Strong relationship focus, CE both internal and external

  • Ability to interact in a teamwork environment to support peers and ISRs in US teams

  • Reliable, verifiable good attendance and able to walk the extra mile as business needs it

  • Highly organized and able to work with extense customers databases. Prioritizationlong term priorities
