Key Responsibilities (max 7 bullets)

The primary Customer Service Engineer responsibility is to visit customer sites to perform break-fix operations and assure customer satisfaction through prompt case closure and customer communication.

After proper training, will transition into the role and begin working in full time role directly impacting Dell's Total Customer Experience.

  • Understand the importance of a strong sense of urgency, communicating effectively and having a keen attention to details.

  • Participate in the installation and servicing of hardware and software under the guidance of assigned mentor.

  • Perform proactive maintenance according to established procedures.

  • Learn the basics of an install cycle.

  • Assurance of complete customer satisfaction at the assigned accounts.

Essential Requirements (max 7 bullets)

  • Technical Professional High School or an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline and up to 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Availability to travel on national territory without notice.

  • Availability to travel on international territory if needed.

  • Availability to on call work.

  • Able to work in a Team is essential.

  • Good English Level. Desirable Requirements (non mandatory, max 5 bullet)

  • VMware, DELL Power Edge, Linux and Windows knowledge
