Support Sales and Contracts/ Legal organization through operational and business support. Responsible for serving as primary interface between Contract Program Managers, Reporting, and other operational functions developing processes and procedures relating to contract pricing obligations and communication. Evaluates and implements improvements to contract price/ fixed price processes.
Provides pre-sales and post-sales operational support.
Delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve.
Liaises between the Contracts/ Legal, Reporting, and Sales organizations.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience.
Facilitates product and sales information flow.
Drives operations process improvements.
May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements. May be responsible for influencing sales behavior and capabilities.
Required intermediate Access and Excel skills.
Cooperate with the Contract Program Managers (CPMs), Contracts/ Legal, Sales, Sku Management, Reporting, and other cross functional teams as needed to document and update the processes required to support fixed price requirements
Work with the CPMs, Contracts/ Legal, Sales, Sku Management, and Reporting Teams to determine new contract price list criteria and business rules
Maintain price lists and sku lists for contracts with fixed price requirements
Manage regular price list updates - product and price changes – requiring both internal and external approvals
Maintain price list records and price list specific process documents
Answer questions from Sales and others with regards to price lists and provide training as needed
Post price list updates for Sales and others as needed to SharePoints, external websites, etc.
File price list documents in contract archives and/or other applicable internal documentation systems
Support audits as needed
Assist Contract Program Managers and others in developing contract specific training, leveraging their knowledge of potential compliance issues
Work with CPMs, Contracts/ Legal, Sales, Sku Mgmt., and third party vendors to create and document the processes necessary for Dell as a reseller of third party product agreements
