As a campaign messaging manager, you will be the primary advocate responsible for educating & informing sales & customers about the story of our Client Solutions Portfolio and how we compete in the marketplace. You will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for assets for our competitive positioning, and articulating our value proposition by writing messaging as well as sales enablement.


  • Write impactful, breakthrough messaging informed by market data, customer insights, a clear understanding of the product and solution benefits and the competitive landscape to educate internal sales

  • Work directly with product group, global creative, PR, sales, legal, partner organizations & other messaging teams to create product and solutions messaging for internal

  • Take claims through legal approval process to enable usage in marcom/advertising

  • Put messaging through message testing to ensure market validity & rigor

  • Collaborate & provide support for marcom,, event, and training teams to with messaging guidance, copy review for accuracy & correctness and talking points as-needed. Review & approve marcom assets


  • BS/BA degree in marketing or equivalent work experience

  • Past experience in messaging, content creation, product or digital marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – there is a heavy amount of writing, presenting/selling ideas, and storytelling in this role

  • Prefer working in a cross-functional role, working with a large number of stakeholders at the center of interaction and coordination between teammates to bring our product messaging to life

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, experience with InDesign a plus, ability and interest in learning other tools such as SalesEdge, Clarizen, CMS, Tableau, etc.

  • Self-starter with ability to set a strategic plan and execute

  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with the Executive level
