Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creates own data scenarios to analyze large amounts of data for coverage optimization and planning, as well as other key business insights including identifying route-to-market strategies, developing and creating weekly reporting.

  • Able to present findings/ solutions to business owners and leadership

  • Develops new processes, as well as drives process improvements with simplification and productivity enhancements

  • Leads large scale programs collaborating cross-functionally with sales leaders, and other operational organizations

  • Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals

  • Liaise between sales organization and other internal functions to improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent

  • Providing sales teams insights through analytics through advanced problem solving, builds hypotheses and models potential decision paths and risk mitigation options

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales and /or Sales Operations experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally at senior management level to lead and program manage collaborative efforts which drive sales productivity improvements

  • Demonstrated ability to work with large sets of data, make the complex simple; demonstrated ability to develop and test hypotheses into potential solutions

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and comfortable working with executive and senior leadership

  • Knowledge of industry and business principles related to sales process and key indicators
