We are seeking a Business Strategy and Operations Advisor to bolster the strategy and analytics capabilities of Dell EMC’s multi-billion dollar Data Protection Software Business Unit. You will provide critical business intelligence that impacts a broad range of strategic initiatives within the Data Protection Software business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, you will work closely with cross functional stakeholders including Product Management, R&D, Finance and Sales with exposure to senior leadership. The role is ideal for candidates with a deep passion for technology who are looking to enhance their strong financial analysis, business operations, or consulting skills in a fast-paced environment that drives maximum growth of a multi-billion dollar business unit.
Contributes to the development of a product business unit plans to capitalize on current / future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies
Helps determine growth strategy of Dell EMC’s Data Protection Division through fact-based analysis
Works closely with senior leadership on a wide range of critical issues and initiatives
Supports senior executive communications
Analyzes business data and trends to produce meaningful insights and metrics, that improve business performance
Master’s degree in business or related field
Financial analysis, business operations, product management or consulting experience
Strong business intuition and ability to understand complex business systems
Strong analytical / problem solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex results to functional leaders and executives
Experience in the technology industry
