Roles & Responsibilities – senior sales account manager position leading a Pod of sales representatives. Accountable for selling the end-to-end Dell EMC portfolio entailing Client, Data Center, Infrastructure, Software & Services solutions. Responsible to generate demand and focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers. Functions as team lead and provides support to the field teams. Responsible for territory strategy and daily sales activities (including pre- & post-sales). Focus on account development and expanding additional lines of business in existing accounts. Maintaining a world class customer experience whilst overachieving on sales targets and selling a balanced portfolio. Strong collaborator – working cross functionally with partners, operations, marketing and specialist organizations. Ability and track record of coaching – maintaining a macro lens on the business. Enabling and attending key customer events.
