•Owns overall account strategy and account management
•Engages at CXO level & demonstrates measurable ROI
•Expert on customers business, value-drivers, and org
•Takes consultative approach to solution selling
•Communicates Dell EMCs unique value to customers
•Maps customer challenges to Dell EMC capabilities
•Responsible for prospecting & pipeline generation
•Manages virtual team of specialists & resources
•Leads account / territory planning with extended team
•Identifies, develops, manages, and closes business
•Maintains accurate sales forecast and pipeline in SFDC
•Grows the account / territory to maximum potential
•Consistently achieves balanced revenue, margin targets
•Responsible for full Dell EMC portfolio
•Drives Dell Client & Server solution sales and is partnered with Data Center
Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account
Bachelors Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in a relationship selling role where you were recognised as a top performer
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and proficient in working with CIO and next 2 levels down
Highly developed planning and organisation skills
Driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and can demonstrate a track record in this area
Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers business and the growth of Dell
- Experience selling IT Solutions including Client Solutions an advantage
