PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies and evaluates services sales growth strategies and formulate action plans for implementation
Supports key business operations activities and continuous improvement of end-to-end renewal sales process. Define and establish sales operational controls and mitigate risks.
Review and improve systems, processes and sales strategy in alignment with APJ requirements and global standards.
Researches problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve.
Recommends and implement renewal sales performance strategies and measurement on the basis of analytical findings and providing decision support to senior management.
Knowledge of maintenance services industry and business principles related to sales process and key performance indicators. Leverages business acumen and financial acumen to give advice and execute program delivery
Develops business models, business cases and forecasting tools in support of various strategic initiatives.
Serves as primary interfaces with other internal functions within APJ and globally.
Responsible for influencing sales behaviour and capabilities
Drives initiatives to improve business operations activities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Strong background in Renewals Sales, Services Sales Operations, Sales Planning and Strategy, including delivery on business goals and implementing new processes, programs and/or initiatives
Manages critical projects timelines, milestones and deliverable.
Financial and analytical experience
Ability to work effectively with senior management, possesses strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree (non - technical)
